NOTICE
Respect material compatibility in the whole hydraulic circuit, when installing additional
components.
Connecting the chiller to the external system
read the diameter of the cooling medium lines out of the table, to establish the lines between the external
system and the chiller.
take the position of the connections out of the drawings stated above, to conduct the lines to the unit.
• introduce the cooling medium lines from the bottom into the chiller.
The water connections are executed in the shape of a screw connection with a soldering connection.
Solder the part with the external thread of the connection to the external pipes.

NOTICE
Water remaining from the test run may escape when the protective caps are removed.
remove the protective caps or sealing disks of the screwed connections.
screw the lines of the external system to the lines of the unit respecting the designation at the unit (inlet/
outlet).
insulate the water pipes with the diffusion tight insulating material, to prevent the introduction of ambient air
heat and the formation of condensate at the pipes.
Cooling medium piping (for versions G and GE only)
Connect the unit to a dry cooler or cooling tower to seal the cooling medium circuit which must be provided
with a pump and an expansion tank with safety valve to convey the cooling medium.
If the water quality is insufficient, install a fine mesh strainer at the water inlet of the chiller.
