Motherboard Features

• This motherboard supports dual Intel Xeon Scalable-SP and 2nd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable-SP processors which offer two Intel®
UltraPath Interconnect (UPI) links of up to 10.4 GT/s
Note: Both CPUs need to be installed for full access to the PCI-E slots, DIMM slots, and onboard controllers.
Refer to the block diagram on page 16 to determine which slots or devices may be affected.

• Integrated memory controller supports up to 2TB of 3DS LRDIMM/LRDIMM/RDIMM/NV-DIMM DDR4 ECC
2933/2666/2400/2133 MHz memory in 8 memory slots
Note: 2933 MHz memory is supported by 2nd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable-SP (82xx/62xx) series processors only.
