Step 7 Removing the door hinge (A040):
(a) Carry out the operations in Step 4 to remove the door.
(b) Remove the sprung clamp band (E030).
(c) Remove door gasket (hinge side) in order not to damage it during the next operation.
(d) Use a Ø4 mm drill bit to drill out the 4 rivets (A240) securing the hinge to the cabinet,
taking care not to damage the door gasket.
(e) Extract the rivets from the front panel and remove the hinge.
(f) To re-assemble, follow the same procedure in reverse order.
Step 8 Removing door catch (E060):
(a) Open the door.
(b) Remove the sprung clamp band (E030).
(c) Remove the door gasket (E020) from the catch side of the door.
(d) Remove the two fixing screws (E002) securing the door catch (E060) to the front panel.
(e) Disconnect the wires, noting their positions.
(f) To re-assemble, follow the same procedure in reverse order.
