MAJOR DRIVE COMPONENTS
For all Supreme International Limited processors, in addition to the standard one (1) year limited warranty,
Supreme International Limited also provides a 100% parts and labour warranty on the major drive components
against defects in quality and workmanship for an additional two (2) years for a total of three (3) years from
original invoice date, up to a maximum of five thousand (5,000) hours under normal use when operated and
maintained in accordance with the operator’s manual and service instructions. This additional warranty for
major components is not applicable to Segue processors.
The major drive components are planetaries, 90° gearboxes, through-shaft “T” gearboxes, hydraulic pumps and
hydraulic motors. All service records must accompany the warranty claim for major drivetrain component failures
- see warranty claim procedure.
For the three (3) year major component warranty to be in effect the PDI and Warranty Registration must
be completed in full and submitted to Supreme International Limited.
NON-SUPREME INTERNATIONAL LIMITED DRIVE SYSTEMS
Wholegood units that do not include Supreme International Limited engineered and installed drive systems
(motor / soft start / VFD / fluid coupler / powerpack) will carry a thirty (30) day limited warranty on manufacturing
defects of Supreme International Limited provided product.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PARTS
During the warranty period, Supreme International Limited, will at its discretion, repair or replace defective parts
which are returned by prepaid freight, as directed to:
At the time of repair or replacement of a defective part during the warranty period specified, neither Supreme
International Limited, any company affiliated with Supreme International Limited or the Authorized Supreme
Dealer shall be liable for loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, or consequential damages.
Supreme International Limited has the exclusive rights to make changes, improvements, or modifications to
specifications without obligation to install the same on those products previously manufactured.
