Warranty Terms And Conditions
1. Supreme International Limited will warrant the repair/replacement of defective parts by an Authorized Supreme Dealer
(parts and labour) according to the Supreme International Limited warranty flat rate guide, providing the replacement
parts are approved by Supreme International Limited.
2. The Authorized Supreme Dealer must receive written notice of any defect within seven (7) days identifying the
defective component(s).
3. Only Authorized Supreme Dealers can perform repairs/replacements.
4. Warranty will be null and void unless the repairs/replacements are done by an Authorized Supreme Dealer in
accordance with the latest version of the warranty policy.
5. It is the responsibility of the selling Authorized Supreme Dealer to review the warranty provisions with the user prior to
the retail sale and ensure compliance with Supreme International Limited warranty policy requirements.
6. Warranty will be null and void if the unit has been altered or repaired in a manner that, in the opinion of Supreme
International Limited, affects the performance, stability, or reliability of the unit.
7. Warranty will be null and void if the unit has been operated in conditions not applicable to its design or intended
purpose, including: abuse, misuse, improper maintenance or any other negligence, fire or accident, fluid
contamination and/or damage to the major components resulting from fluid contamination.
8. Manufactured assemblies/components that are changed by the dealer from dealer stock; that differ from the original
invoiced/shipped wholegood, carry a ninety (90) day warranty. The original manufactured assemblies/components
removed from the wholegood are not covered by warranty (zero days). For example, the unit is ordered/shipped with
a 8’ flat conveyor which is removed and replaced with a 10’ dogleg conveyor. The 10’ dogleg conveyor will be covered
by a ninety (90) day warranty, and the 8’ flat conveyor is not covered by warranty (zero days).
9. Supreme International Limited will not be responsible for costs related to any travel time/mileage regarding
transportation of the unit to or from a dealer’s service facility for repair.
10. Supreme International Limited will not be held responsible for units sold beyond the specified coverage period. For
units that have not been sold within three (3) years since date of invoice, the selling Authorized Supreme Dealer must
perform the yearly or one-thousand-five-hundred (1,500) hour service (at the dealers expense), attach all service
documents for proof of service, completed Warranty Registration Form and provide a picture of the oil reservoir(s)
showing the new oil after the maintenance is completed to qualify for warranty.
11. Supreme International Limited will not be held responsible for damage caused by environmental conditions, such as
exposure to abrasive/corrosive materials or weather.
12. Supreme International Limited will not reimburse expenses or charges incurred should the user need to rent other
equipment.
13. Supreme International Limited will not be responsible for any damage or repairs to the tractor/truck used to operate
the unit.
14. Warranty will be null and void on feed processors that are sold to environmental or compost operations.
