REASSEMBLY
Reassemble the kick starter in the reverse order of removal.
Pay attention to the following points.
• Aligh the punch mark
A on the kick starter
1 with the punch
mark
B on the kick starter shaft
2.
• Insert the kick starter shaft into the crankcase.
• Engage the kick starter
1 to the guide
2.
• Install the return spring
3 and hook the part
C onto the
crankcase.
• Turn the spring ½ a turn clockwise with pliers and fit the part
D into hole of the kick starter shaft.
• Install the spring guide
4 and fit the snap ring
