DISASSEMBLY
• Remove the throttle valve
1 and spring
2.
• Remove the carburetor top cap
3.
• Remove the float chamber body
4.
• Remove the float assembly
5 by removing the float pin
6.
NOTE:
Remove the float assembly together with the needle valve.
$
• Remove the needle valve
7.
• Remove the main jet
8 and plate
9.
When removing the float pin, be careful not to damage
the carburetor body.
