ENGINE REMOVAL AND REINSTALLATION
ENGINE REMOVAL
• Remove the seat. (! 5-2)
• Remove the fuel tank. (! 4-2)
• Remove the carburetor. (! 4-5)
• Drain engine oil. (! 2-10)
• Disconnect the plug cap.
• Remove the exhaust pipe bolts.
• Remove the muffler connecting bolt
1 and mounting bolts 2.
• Remove the exhaust pipe/muffler assembly.
• Remove the engine under cover.
• Remove the engine sprocket cover and stay.
