Cylinder Head
Cylinder Removal
Removal body covers.
Remove spark plug cap.
Remove fan cover.
Remove engine shield.
Remove two connection nuts of the exhaust pipe.
Remove exhaust muffle mounting bolt, and then
remove the exhaust pipe.
Cylinder Head Removal
Remove the 4 cylinder head bolts and then
remove the cylinder head.
Caution
Loosen the cylinder head bolts with diagonal
direction to avoid to damaging it.
Cleaning Carbon in Combustion Chamber
Clean carbon deposit in which built up in
combustion chamber with shown chisel.
Caution
Do not scratch to the interfaces of combustion
chamber and cylinder.

Tightening bolts
Chisel
Bolt x 2
Muffle
Tightening bolt x 2
