Reassembly of Kick Starter
Install bush, return spring and starter spindle as
diagram shown.
Install thrust washer and snap clip onto starter
spindle.
Install Kick starter lever temporary.
Slightly rotate the lever and then align driven
gear with width-tooth on the starter spindle.
Install the friction spring of drive gear onto
convex part of the cover.
Installation of the Left Crankcase
Cover
Install the dowel pin and gasket.
Install the left crankcase cover.
Install kick start arm.
Kick starter spindle
