Check if movable drive face boss is worn or
damage and replace it if necessary.
Measure the outer diameter of drive face boss,
and replace it if it exceed service limit.
Service limit: 19.98 mm
Measure the inner diameter of drive face, and
replace it if it exceed service limit.
Service limit: 20.120 mm
Reassembly / Installation
Install weight rollers.
Install ramp plate.
Apply with grease 4~5g to inside of movable
drive face, and install drive face boss.
Caution
y The drive face has to be free of grease.
Clean it with cleaning solvent.
