Direct access play
(Available only from the remote control)
Direct access allows you to start sequential play from a specific track
on a specific disc and to play all discs loaded in sequence.

This example shows how to start the play from the 8th track of the
disc 2.

Press one of the numeric but-
tons (1-3) to specify which
disc contains the track you
wish to play.

If you don't proceed to step 4, play will
automatically begin with the first track of
the selected disc.

Press the numeric button to
select the desired track num-
ber.
Play begins with the track selected and
continues to the end of the last disc
loaded, and then stops.

To select a two-digit track:
Press _>10.
For example:
Track 13:>10->1 ->3
Track 20:_>10->2 ->0
Random play
The changer will randomly choose a track from a randomly selected
disc. Once the changer has played the selected track, it will make
another selection at random, excluding the tracks already played.
(No tracks will be repeated.)

Random play will start.
The changer will stop automatically when
all tracks on all the loaded discs have
been played.

To cancel random play:
Press RANDOM once again.
RANDOM indicator will go out. The com-
pact disc changer resumes the sequen-
tial play mode.
For your reference:
In the program play mode, the programmed tracks will be played
randomly.
