(1) Counter mode 3 is similar to the mode 1. But the present counting value of mode 3
will be retained when the power is cut off. When the power is resupplied, it counts
from the present value.
(2) Counter mode 4 is similar to the mode 2 . But the present counting value of mode 4
will be retained when the power is cut off. When the power is resupplied, it counts
from the present value.
