Overview
The AFG31000 Series instruments offer multiple models with different frequencies and channels.
Each model consists of two major sections: the platform section and the generator section. This
overview describes the electrical operation of the instruments down to the module level. It describes
the basic operation of each functional circuit block as shown in the following block diagram.
