Calculation method The MTBF rates presented in this manual were calculated using the FIT rate
models contained in section 7 of [56], using the Black Box technique, as de-
scribed in section 3.1 of [56].
MTBF values The table specifies the MTBF values for the Tellabs 6325 node items.
Operational lifetime The Tellabs 6325 node unit is designed for a 15 year lifetime.
