Hibernationmode
Inhibernationmode,thefollowingeventsoccur:
•Thesystemstatus,RAM,VRAM,andsetupdataarestoredontheharddisk.
•Thesystemispoweredoff.
Ifyouhavedenedoneofthefollowingactionsastheeventthatcausesthesystemtogointohibernation
mode,performthataction.
•Closingthelid.
•Pressingthepowerbutton.
Also,thecomputergoesintohibernationmodeautomaticallyafteraperiodofinactivityspeciedinpower
plansettings.
Whenthepoweristurnedon,thecomputerreturnsfromhibernationmodeandresumesoperation.The
hibernationleinthebootrecordontheharddiskdriveisread,andsystemstatusisrestoredfromthe
harddiskdrive.

Inwirelessoffmode,thewirelessfeaturesareturnedofftoconservepower.Toturnofforturnonthe
