DVD functions
The buttons on the front of your TV/DVD have the same functions as the corresponding buttons on the remote control.
Press the
EJECT button to eject the disc.
All models: press the
STOP button on the remote control for several seconds to perform these operations.
Standby / quit standby.
DVD To access DVD mode. Press this button to control the DVD player
+/- To control the volume.This function is also available in TV and VCR mode.
To switch the sound off and back on again.
RETURN During playback, return to the beginning of current chapter. In a menu, return to previous menu.
PR+/PR- To provide direct access to the following or previous chapter (DVD), track (CD, audio, mp3) or index (VCD).
EXIT To clear the Info menu.

To access a menu or return to the previous one.To select an Info menu function.
OK To confirm a selection.
PRESETS To access the picture and sound presets menu.
Zzz/LIST (green button) to access the disc content menu (see pages 28).
INFO (yellow button) to access the Info menu (see pages 26-27).
MENU To access the disc options menu (see pages 28) (in DVD mode).
TEXT (purple button) No action
0-9 To enter numeric values.
REV Fast reverse, reverse accelerated play or reverse slow motion (see page 25).
PLAY Play.
FWD Fast forward, forward accelerated play or forward slow motion (see page 25).
REC disabled in DVD mode
STOP Stop play, accelerated search or slow motion and access the main menu (press twice to replay from the start).
When the player is stopped, depending on the model, press this button for several seconds to open/close the disc tray or eject
the discy.
PAUSE Freeze frame, frame advance or slow motion.
