3.4 Encoder
Overview: The following encoders are available for the TW63
Distinction by type depending on the control system deployed
1. TTL for Thyssen control system CPI
for v < 1.5 m/s with 1024 impulses
for v ≥ 1.5 m/s with 4096 impulses
Connection takes place with SUB-D 9 ribbon connector with knurled screw
UNC4-40
2. HTL for third-party control systems or third-party converters
with 2 x 64 impulses
Connection takes place with insulation stripped and wire end sleeves
attached.
3. HTL for third-party control systems or third-party converters
with 1024 impulses
Connection takes place with insulation stripped and wire end sleeves
attached.
4. Sine, cosine for third-party control systems or third-party converters
with 1024 impulses
Connection takes place with insulation stripped and wire end sleeves
attached.
