4. Edit the interface switching instruction (DISP: PAGE <NAME>), and see if the instrument interface
switching is normal.

Add the parameters of Step 1
10. FUNC：SOUR：STEP_INS (NL^END) Create a new step.
11. FUNC：SOUR：STEP_2：DC：VOLT_1000; UPPC_1; TTIM_9.9; CH1_HIGH; CH2_LOW
(NL^END) Add the parameters of step 2.
12. You can repeat step10-11and up to 20 STEPs can be added.
13. In the setup interface (MSET) or test (MEAS) interface, use FUNC:STAR
