1. Push forward to lower the stump grinder .
2. Move right to move the stump grinder to the right.
3. Pull back to raise the stump grinder .
4. Move left to move the stump grinder to the left.
5. Read the Operator's Manual before operating the cutter;
engage the side lever and top button of the joystick to
start the cutter blade; continue engaging the side lever to
maintain cutter rotation.
6. 1) T o power the grinder , press the safety lock and the trigger
together; 2) T o keep the grinder running, hold the trigger .
7. 1) Grind horizontally along the edge of the stump; 2) Lower
the grinder slightly into the stump; 3) Grind horizontally
down to ground level; 4) Move the grinder forward.
8. Do not start grinding in the middle of the stump; start
grinding at the edge of the stump.
