doorways,electricalwires,etc.)beforeoperatingunder
anyobjects,anddonotcontactthem.
Usecautionwhenyouareridingontheplatformand
drivingthemachineovercurbs,rocks,roots,orother
obstructions.
Donotjerkthecontrols;useasteadymotion.
Donotcarrypassengers.
Donotcarryequipmentonthemachine.

Useextremecautionwhenaeratingand/orturningonslopes
aslossoftractionand/ortip-overcouldoccur.Theoperator
isresponsibleforsafeoperationonslopes.
UseFigure3tohelpyoudeterminetheappropriateslope
angleofareatoaerate
Removeormarkobstaclessuchasrocks,treelimbs,etc.
fromtheaeratingarea.
Watchforholes,rutsorbumps.
Note:Tallgrasscanhideobstacles.
Usecautionneardrop-offs,ditches,orembankments.
Note:Themachinecouldsuddenlyturnoverifawheel
goesovertheedgeofaclifforditch,orifanedgecavesin.

lossofbrakingandsteering.
Donotaerateslopesgreaterthan15degrees.
Avoidsuddenstartsandstopswhenaeratinguphill
becausethemachinemaytipbackward.
Note:Themachineismorestablegoinguphillwiththe
tinesraised.
Keepallmovementonslopesslowandgradual.
Donotmakesuddenchangesinspeedordirection.
Reducethetine-downpressuretopreventthedrivetires
fromraisingoffthegroundandtopreventthefronttires
fromraisingoffthegroundwhileaeratinguphill.
Followthemanufacturer’srecommendationsforwheel
weightsorcounterweightstoimprovestability.
Useextracarewithattachments.
