CheckingtheTransmission-OilLevel
ServiceInterval:Every50hours
1.Stoptheengine,settheparkingbrake,removethekey,
andwaitforallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
2.Allowthemachinetocooloff.
3.Removethecapfromtheexpansiontankandcheck
thehydraulic-oillevelinthetank(Figure62).
Note:Thetransmission-oillevelshouldcovertheFull
Coldlinemoldedintothesideofthetank.

1.Stoptheengine,settheparkingbrake,removethekey,
andwaitforallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
2.Raisethemachineandsupportitwithjackstandswith
a460kg(1,015lb)capacity.
3.Removethe3washer-headbolts(1/4x3/4inch)that
securethelterguardtothetransmission,andremove
theguard(Figure63).

thentightenthelteranadditional3/4to1turn

9.Installthelterguardwiththe3washer-headbolts
(1/4x3/4inch)thatyouremovedinstep3(Figure
63),andtightentheboltsto1117to1243N-cm(90
to110lb-in).
