orfronthole(Figure42).Usetheholethat
providesthecorrectadjustment.

thebeltguide.Movethebeltguidetothefront

TheadjustmentforthePTO-engagementlinkageis
locatedbeneaththefront,leftcorneroftheengine
deck.
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,disengage
thePTO,andengagetheparkingbrake.
2.Shutofftheengine,removethekey,andwait
forallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
3.EngagePTO.
4.Adjustthelinkagelengthtowherethelower
endofthebellcrankjustclearstheaxle-support
gusset(Figure44).
