Maintenance Procedure
Every 200 hours
• Change the engine-oil lter (more often in dirty or dusty conditions).
• Check the spark plug(s).
• Replace the fuel lter (more often in dirty or dusty conditions).
Every 250 hours
• After the initial change—change the hydraulic-system lters and uid when using
Mobil 1 15W50 uid. (Change it more often under dirty or dusty conditions)
Every 300 hours
• Replace the primary air lter (more often in dirty or dusty conditions).
• Check the inner air lter (more often in dirty or dusty conditions).
Every 400 hours
• Grease the caster pivots (more often in dirty or dusty conditions).
Every 500 hours
• Replace the spark plug(s).
• Check the wheel lug-nut torque.
• Check the wheel-hub slotted-nut torque.
• Adjust the caster-pivot bearing.
• Adjust the parking brake.
• After the initial change—change the hydraulic-system lters and uid when using
T oro® HYPR-OIL™ 500 uid. (Change it more often under dirty or dusty conditions)
Every 600 hours
• Replace the inner air lter .
Monthly
• Check the battery charge.
Y early
• Grease the pump-belt-idler arm.
• Repack the caster-wheel bearings (more often in dirty or dusty conditions).
• Greasing the caster-wheel hubs.
Y early or before storage
• Paint chipped surfaces.
• Check all maintenance procedures listed above before storage.
Important: Refer to your engine owner's manual for additional maintenance procedures.
CAUTION
If you leave the key in the switch, someone could accidently start the engine and seriously
injure you or other bystanders.
Shut off the engine and remove the key from the switch before you perform any maintenance.
