Note: Position the battery in the tray with the terminal
posts opposite from the hydraulic tank ( Figure 76 ).

Servicing the Fuses
For Machines with a Standard
Hour Meter
The electrical system is protected by fuses. It requires
no maintenance, however , if a fuse blows check the
component/circuit for a malfunction or short.
The fuses are located on the console to the right of
the seat ( Figure 77 ).
1. T o replace the fuses, pull out on the fuse to
remove it.
2. Install a new fuse ( Figure 77 ).
