orreplacement.
1.Makesuretheengineisoff.
2.Removethecontrolpanel.
3.Engagethetractionlever.

5.Placea1.6mm(0.062inch)thickshimbetweenthe
tractionleverandtheinterlockswitch(Figure38).

7.Engagethetractionleverandcheckthegap.The
normaloperatingrangeisbetween0.76to3.05mm
(0.03to0.12inches).Withthetractionleverengaged,
verifythattheswitchlosescontinuity.Replacethe
switch,ifrequired.
