Hydrostatic Transmission Removal
11. Connect the battery cable to the negative battery
terminal (Fig. 660).
1. Remove the transmission drive belt. Refer to “Trans-
mission Drive Belt Removal” on page 5-1.
2. Loosen the 8 lug nuts securing the rear wheels to
the wheel hub assemblies (Fig. 661).
