3. Raise and support the rear of the machine.
4. Remove the 8 lug nuts and remove the 2 wheel
assemblies from the wheel hubs (Fig. 662).
6. Remove the brake control rod from the linkage (Fig.
664).

7. Unhook the spring from the rear end of the brake
control rod (Fig. 665).
5. Remove the cotter pin securing the front end of the
brake control rod to the brake linkage (Fig. 663).
