The following procedures were done with the mower
deck removed from the mower for photo purposes. To
replace the mower deck belt the mower deck can remain
on the tractor.

3. Using a breaker bar or ratchet, rotate the idler brack-
et forward and remove the deck belt from around the
electric PTO clutch (Fig. 821 and Fig. 822).

1. Place the PTO/Blade Engage knob in the disen-
gaged (OFF) position and engage the parking brake.
2. Lower the deck by moving the deck lift lever into the
bottom notch on the right fender (Fig. 820).
