13. Slide a washer onto the rear end of the speed

16. Install a cotter pin securing the spring, actuator
bracket and speed control rod to the transmission
(Fig. 700).
14. Position the rear end of the speed control rod into
the machine and slide the speed control rod into the
transmission linkage (Fig. 698).
