9. Remove the main pin from the speed control
assembly (Fig. 341).

8. Remove the lock nut from the main pin (Fig. 340).
11. Tighten the jam nut.

10. Loosen the jam nut on the idler adjustment rod.
Turn the idler adjustment rod clockwise or counter-
clockwise until the proper adjustment has been
achieved (Fig. 342).
