1. Remove the negative battery cable (Fig. 432).

2. Using a hoist or hydraulic fl oor jack, raise the rear of
the tractor off the ground (Fig. 433).

4. Loosen and remove the bolt, washer, and hub
cap washer located on the right and left rear tire
assemblies (Fig. 435).

3. Remove both rear hub caps from the rear wheel
assemblies (Fig. 434).
