2. Slide the cutting deck (from the right side) under-
neath the tractor (Fig. 839).
4. Place blocks under the rear of the mower deck to
raise it up.
5. Lower the lift lever to the lowest height-of-cut setting
(Fig. 841).

3. Slide the cutting deck toward the front of the tractor
allowing the hooks on the deck to hook onto the
deck stabilizer rod (Fig. 840).
Note: Ensure the fl anges on the stabilizer rod are on
the inside of the hooks on the deck.

1. Raise the lift lever to the highest height-of-cut setting
(Fig. 838).
