23. Remove the 4 bolts securing the right and left muf-
fl er brackets to the frame (2 on the left and 2 on the
right) (Fig. 401).
25. Mark the throttle cable at the clamp (Fig. 403).

26. Loosen the throttle cable clamp and remove the
cable from the clamp (Fig. 404).
24. Remove the muffl er and heat shield assembly from
the frame (Fig. 402).
