6. Loosen the bolt and nut securing the idler pulley to
the idler bracket (Fig. 685).

7. Tilt the idler pulley and remove the belt from the
mower deck (Fig. 686).

4. Remove the 3 screws securing the left mower deck
belt cover to the mower deck (Fig. 683).

5. Remove the left mower deck cover (Fig. 684).
