Procedure for drill clamping to the taper adaptor.
The taper adaptor should be:
• slid in to the tapered hole of the tailstock sleeve.
Having placed the taper adaptor in the tailstock sleeve, care is to be taken for distance ring "2"
to be located correctly to the stepped front end of sleeve.
• locked in position against moving by means of the arresting feather “1“
Drill should be inserted into the taper adaptor placed in the
tailstock sleeve.

CAUTION (operator): when the chuck adaptor and measuring equipment for application of axial force on the tailstock
is used simultanously it is necessary to reduce the drill feed when drilling is being finished.
