5.2.10. Liquid Circuits.
Hydraulic oil circuit (hydraulic circuit) (Fig. 5.3).
The hydraulic circuit has been designed for:
- the single acting hydraulic cylinder control (working cylinder fig. 5.2)
- lubrication of gear box.
Specification of the hydraulic circuit:
P1 - gear pump C 096 XTM ( 6 l.p.m. )
M5 - electric motor 4AP71-4 (1380 r.p.m. - 370W )
- oil tank 8 (tank)
V1 - single acting hydraulic cylinder (working cylinder) (fig. 5.2)
VZŠ1, VZS 3.1, VZS 3.2, VZS 4.1, VZS 4.2 - check throttle valve DRV - 08 - 01.X/0
R1 - electro-magnetic distributor valve RPE 3 - 062 R11/ 024 00
R3, R4 - electro-magnetic distributor valve RPE 3 - 062 J15/ 024 00
HZ3, HZ 4 - non return valve VJ2HM1 - 06/C - 1

F1 - oil filter LF 60 G C 1.0/-B6 (filter)
- filter element for hydraulics 0060 D 025 W
1 - to the lubricating system
The hydraulic set consists of the above mentioned components of the hydraulic circuit. It is situated on the left hand side of
bed.
Maintenance: of the hydraulic circuit.
Procedure for cleaning of oil filter :
• screw off the filter tank.
• remove the contaminated filler.
• remove the impurities from the filter-body.
• insert the new filler element.
• screw on the filter tank.
Procedure of dismantling the work cylinder (fig. 5.2):
• dismantle the cover (7)
• disconnect the control switch
• disconnect supply of oil into cylinder
• unscrew two screws M10x35 (8)
• screw instead of these screws two auxiliary screws M10x50
• loosen two screws M10x35
• perform next doosing of flange by unscrew of auxiliary screws
The brake disks are accessable after dismantling the cover (3) and body (5)
Oil exchange procedure:
• take off a cover of driving section.
• screw off a tank lid.
drain oil with suitable device.
