4. Right-click the File Name link and select [Save Target As...].
• The Save As dialog box appears.
5. Select the file location and select “All Files” in the “Save as
type” drop down box.
6. Click [Save].
• The CSV file that contains the logs or journals data is saved in a
selected location.
Clearing the Logs and Journals
An administrator can clear logs and journals in this equipment. This maintenance procedure is
recommended periodically to maintain the hard disk.
Clearing the logs and journals
1. Access TopAccess in the administrator mode.

2. Click the Maintenance menu and Export/Clear Log submenu.
• The Export/Clear Log submenu page is displayed.
