4.7 ODD
Removing the ODD Bay Module
NOTE: The installation and removal procedures are the same for all the modules that can be
installed in the ODD bay. See the appropriate sections for the disassembly procedures of
specific modules.
Remove the ODD bay module according to the following procedures and Figures 4-9, 4-10.
1. Turn the computer upside down.
2. Remove one M2.5x6 screw.

3. Turn the notebook right side up.
4. Use a thin tool to release the lock.
