<1> Before shipment of the TVL 500/TVL700, the soft limit and mechanical stopper
are set in such a way that the stroke of the axis 3 is kept within the range of Table
3.3.

The settings of the operating range when the TVL500 robot is shipped from the factory
are shown in Fig. 3.19 and those of the TVL700 robot in Fig. 3.20.
To change the operating range of the second axis, the customer needs to prepare a new
mechanical stopper.
If the operating range is changed, it is also necessary to changer the software limits. For
details about changing the software limit, see the "Instruction Manual: User Parameters"
provided as a separate volume.
