Risk of injury and damage to property by an actual value jump when the
Preset adjustment function is performed!
The preset adjustment function should only be performed when the
measuring system is at rest, otherwise the resulting actual value jump must
be permitted in the program and application!
Execute Preset
To adjust the measuring system to the internal stored preset value 1, bit 2
0
of the
out-byte 0 has to be set to "1".
To adjust the measuring system to the internal stored preset value 2, bit 2
1
of the
out-byte 0 has to be set to "1".
If the bits 2
0
and 2
1
are set to "1" at the same time, no preset is executed.
For a new preset-adjustment each of the bits has to be reset to "0" for at least one
polling cycle. Preset-cycles lower than 500ms are not allowed.
Define counting direction, view onto the shaft of the measuring system
- Out-Byte 1: All bits = 1 --> decreasing position values, CW
- Out-Byte 1: All bits = 0 --> increasing position values, CW
The value for the counting direction, programmed by means of the Device-Net-
Manager, is overwritten by the transmitted bits in the Out-Byte 1.
