3. Type in the Name of the contact, enter the number you would like to save and
click Add Number. Remember to use "+" or "00" before the actual number to
make it SkypeOut compatible.
Now you should be able to see a new entry in your SkypeOut Contacts list. You
can also assign a speed-dial number to the contact.
