5. Operating and display elements
The following explains the functions of the operating elements and the meaning behind the display ele-
ments of the CHALLENGER550.
A. Safety information
The following safety information must be understood and observed when you operate the CHAL-
LENGER550:
Seat belt has not been fastened!
A seat belt cannot fulfill its safety function if it has not been fastened, or has been put on incorrectly.
Driving without a fastened seat belt can lead to serious injuries or even death in the case of an acci-
dent.
For your own safety always wear a seat belt.
Make sure that the seat belt is not twisted.
Make sure that the buckle can be clearly heard clicking into the latch.
Note that you may only use seat belts that have been cleared by TREPEL Airport Equipment
GmbH when retrofitting.
Crush hazard!
Hands and fingers can get caught and crushed when closing the doors and slide windows.
Crushing could lead to serious hand injuries.
Do not grip door and window frames.
