• Lighting system
• Loss of fluid
• Engine oil fill level
• Engine coolant fill level
• Windscreen wiper water fill level
• Tires and wheels
Daily checks after starting the engine
• Fuel tank fill level
• AdBlue/DEF tank fill level
• Hydraulic oil fill level
Weekly checks after starting the engine
• Gearbox oil fill level
Danger of tripping or falling!
Risk of tripping or falling from the CHALLENGER550 when carrying out the inspections.
Falling from the CHALLENGER550 can result in death or serious injuries.
 When entering the area of the ballast weights, secure the vehicle with railings.
 Only use secured mounting ladders.
 Assume a safe position on the grating during inspections.
 The operator must provide appropriate safety options.
