TRANSPORTING ON WOODEN PALLETS
The Atmos is delivered standing in a sturdily designed cardboard box on a wooden pallet. The following industrial
(forkli) trucks are permitted to transport the wooden pallet:
•
Forkli and
•
pallet truck.
Hard knocks when setting down the Atmos (e.g. in the load area of a transport vehicle) must be avoided.
The wooden pallet with the Atmos on it must be secured against tipping during transport. Observe the applicable
accident prevention and occupational safety regulations.
Any instructions on the packaging must be observed.
The Atmos or the wooden pallet with the Atmos on it must be secured against slipping and tipping on the transport
vehicle.
Notice
Only unpack the Atmos at the installation site.
Do not place the Atmos in the immediate vicinity of radiators/heating elements.
When setting up, make sure there is enough space to replace the filter insert.
Proceed as follows when unpacking and installing the Atmos:
1. Only li the Atmos off the wooden pallet or out of the transport packaging at the installation site. Carefully remove
the packaging.
2. Use the packing list to check that the delivery is complete. If parts are missing or incorrect, contact Trotec Laser
GmbH immediately. The same applies to damage caused during transport.
3. In addition, check the entire delivery for external damage, which may have occurred during transport.
4. Then carefully transport the Atmos on its casters to the installation site.
5. Install the Atmos on a level, solid surface.
6. Secure the Atmos against unintentional rolling by engaging the locks on the casters.
7. Set up the Atmos in such a way that the connected exhaust hoses between the Atmos and the machine to be
suctioned are not in passageways and generally cannot be walked over.
SCOPE OF DELIVERY
When you receive the Atmos, check the scope of delivery and report any missing or damaged parts immediately.
Complaints at a later date will not be accepted.
