10 Disposal
Operation of the Atmos generates waste materials and replacement parts that must be disposed of properly and in
compliance with legal regulations.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
During all work on and with the Atmos, the legal obligations regarding the avoidance of waste and proper recycling/
disposal must be complied with.
Disposal
In particular during repair and maintenance work, water-polluting substances such as:
lubricant oils and greases and
cleaning solutions containing solvents may not contaminate the soil or enter the sewage system.
These substances must be stored, transported, collected and disposed of in suitable containers!
FILTERS AND FILTER DUST
Caution
When working with/on the filter inserts, there is a risk of inhaling or coming into contact with the dust that
is created.
Therefore, put on a filtering face mask of protection level 3 and wear disposable polyethylene gloves (long
version) before starting work.
The filters that accumulate as hazardous waste when they are replaced must be taken to the appropriate specialist
company in your area.
FINAL SHUTDOWN
Once the Atmos is finally shut down, the disposal of the components and equipment must comply with the applicable
laws and regulations for disposal.
