8 Maintenance
GENERAL INDICATIONS
All maintenance work must be performed within the specified period and with the appropriate care.
The service life and manufacturing quality of the Atmos can be maintained through preventive maintenance of the
components.
In addition to regular cleaning, the precautionary replacement of parts subject to wear is urgently recommended.
In special cases, aer consulting with Trotec Laser GmbH, Trotec Laser GmbH will name a service company in your area
that will perform the repairs.
Caution
Property damage and personal injury.

To avoid pinching or injury, do not wear loose items on your work clothes and keep long hair tied up.
Warning
Destruction of the filter inserts and the turbine.
If the turbine is contaminated, there is no warranty claim. Possibility of direct skin contact or inhalation of
filter dust.
•
If the change filter error message is ignored, the Atmos activated carbon box in the casing of the
filter insert may tear, which may cause the activated carbon to become contaminated and the
development of odor.
•
Immediately replace the activated carbon box.
Caution
Toxic dusts:
When working with/on the filter inserts, there is a risk of inhaling or coming into contact with the dust that
is created.
•
Therefore, put on a particulate filtering face mask of protection level 3 and put on disposable
polyethylene gloves (long version) before starting work.
If “FILTER FULL” appears, even though the filter (and activated carbon) is new, check whether the measuring hose is
kinked or clogged.
8.1 Fine filter exchange
1. Turn off the Atmos Pure.
2. Secure the Atmos against unexpected restarting by unplugging the power cord
from the power outlet.
