1 Introduction
This operating manual is an essential guide for the successful and safe operation of the Atmos. The operating manual
contains important information on how to operate the Atmos safely, appropriately and economically. Paying attention
to this manual helps you avoid hazards, reduce repair costs and downtimes and increase the reliability and service life
of the Atmos. The operating manual must always be available at the Atmos workstation and must be read and used by
anyone who is assigned to work with/on the Atmos, e. g.:
•
operation, troubleshooting in the workflow, disposal of operating and auxiliary materials,
•
maintenance (servicing, maintenance, repairs) and/or
•
transportation

1.1 Service and warranty
Trotec Laser GmbH endeavors to process your questions and orders as quickly as possible. We kindly ask you to provide
your name with your feedback address and serial number with every inquiry.
The warranty of Trotec Laser GmbH for the Atmos provides coverage within the warranty period for damage that can be
proven to be due to design, material or manufacturing errors.
The warranty period begins with the delivery or startup of the Atmos by the dealer or for the customer.
An extensive warranty is only provided if:
•
the delivery inspection, handover and briefing are executed in accordance with instructions,
•
the Atmos is only used as intended.
•
the maintenance and servicing regulations are strictly followed.
In the case of a warranty, the manufacturer assumes the material costs that arise directly from repairing damage to the
Atmos.
The spare parts prices and remuneration rates in the current price list apply.
Furthermore, reference is made to the warranty provisions and the general terms and conditions of Trotec Laser GmbH.
