Enables and disables reporting of Record A in unpolled operation.

x = 0 Disables A Record
UA will echo current setting 0 or 1.

UB—Generate Side Scatter Accumulator Report
Record (Report Record B)
Enables and disables reporting of Record B in unpolled operation.
