Always have these tightening torques to be checked
at TVS Motor Company Authorised Main Dealer after
assembly for safety.
Tightening torque 50 ± 7 Nm
• Install the clamping screws (1,2,4 & 5) and
tighten to the specified torque (ref. Fig. 54 & 55).
Tightening torque 19 Nm
• Assemble the speed sensor (9) and mounting
screw (8) in front suspension.
